Indiana Horse Rescue is an ALL breed horse rescue, we have no limits to the age, breed, gender, etc. of horses needing to come in.

Horse of the Week: Sugar

Breed: Appaloosa
Age: 16 years
Gender: Mare
Height: 14.3hh
Training: Broke to ride trails, knows how to lead, tie, trailer, and pick up her feet.
General Information: Sugar is a 16 year old beautiful black and white spotted Appaloosa Mare. She is broke to ride for Western Pleasure and Trails. She knows how to lead, tie, trailer, and picks up her feet. She is very sensitive to the bit and knows how to neck rein. She seems to have some sight in her right eye and has more confidence going that way. Sugar has a small handicap, she is blind. Sugar will need a confident and caring rider to let her know that they are there to help and direct her when riding. She is a sweet girl that just needs a forever home!
